The Embassy of Ireland in South Africa represents Ireland’s interests in South Africa. The Embassy is also accredited to Zimbabwe and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Embassy provides a range of services, details of which are available in the relevant sections of this website. Ireland already has strong links with South Africa in trade, education, investment and tourism – the Embassy strives to deepen this relationship, reflecting the growing dynamic relationship between our countries.
The Embassy's opening hours are: 8:30–13:00 & 14:00-16:30, Monday to Thursday and 14:00 – 16:00 on Fridays.
Consular (passport, citizenship, visa etc.) hours are 08:30 – 13:00 Monday to Friday only.
